In 2015, Jaguar Land Rover carried out a roadshow in Austria and the Czech Republic for the first time under the motto “Best of Britain”.
In order to make the vehicles even more tangible to potential customers, Jaguar Land Rover has offered current models of the vehicle fleet for test drive events in various locations in Austria and the Czech Republic.
With the offered test drives. potential customers are addressed directly and immediate feedback is obtained. This way of generating leads increases Jaguar Land Rover’s conversion rate.
An automated, web-based booking process was created for the respective roadshow appointments via the online registration option for ambitious test drivers of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. After successfully entering the data, an automated process with confirmation e-mail, appointment reminders and feedback e-mails on the event day took place. When selecting the desired locations and dates, the procedure was based on the “first come, first serve” principle. As soon as a maximum number of participants was reached, alternative dates were offered to the interested user.
