Direct dialogue with the customer
For the joint venture agency Spark44 and its customer Jaguar Land Rover, we implemented a series of e-mail marketing measures on various communication topics, such as vehicle launches, Fleet & Business offers and after sales measures.
The objective of e-mail marketing is to acquire new customers and generate KMIs as well as to strengthen customer loyalty and strengthen brand trust.
After briefing and sending of the assets, we take over the technical implementation and program the newsletters in the desired formats: HTML5 and/or Outlook File Template. In doing so, we always observe the marketer-specific specifications and optimize the newsletters for the loading time and output devices.
In some cases, we also take over the sending of newsletters and create reports for action analysis (conversation rate, bounce rate, etc.) for the customer.
